How long does a full groom take?
Most full grooms run two to four hours depending on coat type, size, and condition. We never rush a nervous pup, and you are welcome to ask for a pickup window when you book.
Do you groom matted or senior dogs?
Yes. We handle matting gently and adjust the groom for senior or anxious dogs. If a coat is severely matted, we will talk through the kindest, most comfortable option before we start.
